Shipping & Delivery

  • We endeavour to have all orders that are placed before noon despatched the same day on a next working day courier service or by Royal Mail. If for some reason we are not able to despatch the same day then we will contact you.
  • Orders sent on the next day courier will require a signature on receipt, please ensure there will be someone there to accept the goods.
  • All our deliveries are carefully packaged to ensure that your order arrives safely but sometimes our couriers do make mistakes. If you are unable to check your package in front of the delivery driver, please ensure that you sign for the goods as 'UNCHECKED' in the event of having to raise an insurance claim. All damages to goods must be notified to us within 1 working day from receipt or we will be unable to accept liability.

Returns & Replacements

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from us. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation.
  • Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that colours and designs may vary. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, in the original packaging (with your delivery note) within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement.
  • Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been modified or used.
